    Yeah, that is a bit annoying. I got lucky and got a vanguardist at some point. Now I have six capitalists left in the country and their unemployed and starving.
    Although this is my first game of any of the victoria series, I like the general vibe a lot.

      I got British Stalin who was crazy unpopular for a while for being a "bandit". He's ok now.
