i think he is! i think he realized after being booed that there are real human beings who dislike him, and the idea of the rabble not approving terrifies him, so he wants to hide but he can't because he's unwilling to not travel by private jet, so instead he bans people for talking about his general location because the idea of the peasants being able to find him is scary
