      Hate to stand up for Brandon, but that's one of the good points the article makes. He actually can't do anything.Back in 2015 Obama signed a law that required all regulations to be subject to a cost-benefit analysis. That's how the electronic brake regulations were scrapped, they failed the cost-benefit analysis. Not poisoning the countryside is apparently not enough of a benefit to justify the cost to the RR companies. I don't care what team people root for. I don't understand how we can read something like that and not take to the streets and hang every lobbyist, RR exec and board member. How are people not furious?

    Liberals refer to the most basic of inevitabilities as the perfect storm. Like we've been putting people who have no interest or experience into departments that "don't matter" such as agriculture and transportation and then when these sectors have issues because the people in charge of them defer to the capitalists in charge of these sectors it's a "perfect storm" rather than simply inevitable.
