Critical support. I think just about everyone would be happier if a secular group like the PFLP or Fatah were leading the resistance in Gaza, but we support the resistance no matter what organization is leading it.

Can't speak for OP, but the community as a whole generally is not against hamas.

However, at this point, anything that ends the conflict, the apartheid, and brings at least some part of the Israeli government to justice is probably worth it.

All I can say is good luck getting either party to comply with a conviction. This is some absolute hot air signalling from the UN, as per usual. You'd think after the IOF had shelled UN affiliated aid workers they would have issued something the next day.

        Show

ICC isn't part of the UN and is considered much more pro-West. The fact that even they are going after a western country shows how much Israel has fallen.

I don't know, is it the country they're going after? It looks to me like they're trying to make this completely Netanyahu's fault lately, like an ablative mass murder shield to distract from how this is the inevitable result of the entity's colonial policy.

Pretty sure this is the route everyone is going to take by the end - "It was just one bad apple (Bibi), and here he is receiving his slap on the wrist, so tomorrow we can replace him and everyone will pretend justice was served"

"On the basis of evidence collected and examined by my Office, I have reasonable grounds to believe that Benjamin NETANYAHU, the Prime Minister of Israel, and Yoav GALLANT, the Minister of Defence of Israel, bear criminal responsibility for the following war crimes and crimes against humanity committed on the territory of the State of Palestine (in the Gaza strip) "

No but I'll be happy if Bibi ends up in jail (or dead in a helicopter crash).

obviously they're surprised that someone is getting upbeats for saying "let's goooooo" about a post in which hamas and israeli leaders are being treated equally. don't be hostile for no reason

Not being hostile, I'm just genuinely curious

We do still have quite a few people coming in from other instances who have a medley of views, some of which are quite liberal

No, i support hamas and their armed struggle is the only viable option for the liberation of palestinian people
