I've been on the e-reader for ages, but I went and got myself a local library membership finally - I forgot how good the tactile experience of reading a physical book is :)
As hard as I tried, I just couldn't get into Pratchett. There are elements of Discworld I think are great but I just couldn't get hooked like I did with Douglas Adams.
Damn I'm the exact opposite. Can't get enough of Pratchett but could never really get into Hitchhiker's Guide.
Which ones did you read, i"ve found some people much prefer different character storylines to others.

Ah, hmm. You can try Wee Free Men, which kicks off Tifanny Aching's series, but that's a decent mix. Pratchett might just not be for you.
Love Pratchett, read all of Discworld. :stalin-heart: Currently working my way through Charles Beard's An Economic Interpretation of the Constitution of the USA. Some parts dry as hell, some parts fascinating how blatantly classist they were.

I've re-read them so many times, recently I decided to try an author that is often recommended if you like him: Robert Rankin, specifically his Brentford Trilogy (made out of eleven novels).
I'm on book 4, it's not Pratchett and it's a bit surreal at times but it's pretty nice thus far.
I need to finish up the last few stories in "Some Will Not Sleep" and get back to that China Mieville book The Scar
