    It's a bit difficult to infer what this person is referring to, but I'd mention one thing: if you want the most unhinged takes on geopolitical matters - look for a Twitter account with a Ukrainian flag in the handle or in the bio. Possibly along with the flag of a, uhm... certain province of the PRC, the Fourth Reich and its Zionist puppet.
