Hell no. Alexander did a bunch of pogroms that killed millions of Jews. Then he is made a bunch of errors when it came to wars he decided to fight. Those errors made him become less of an absolutist monarchist but it made things worse. He sent out icons of his face instead of the social changes he promised. And that's how you get your whole family killed by your own people. Putin is not at that point and frankly I never think he will. I don't have a great view on Putin but he's no fucking Romanov.
