    It's so blatantly and flagrantly unconstitutional that they have to be careful when they apply it, because there actually are some things so egregious they can't always get away with them in public.

        No, but lawyers and judges sniff their own farts a lot and most of them are totally delusional about what the legal system actually is, so they can get pretty riled up about this stuff.
