      Yeah I honestly just started using the rowing machine. They're actually pretty popular at the gym I go to so it's a bit hard to get in some time, but I've been steadily improving. When I started in May I was doing 2-3 minutes, although that's also probably because I wasn't checking through resistance lol.

        Yeah definitely check the resistance so you are doing consistent work and know when you're improving. I'm glad you started! It's a really great upper body workout, shoulders, pecs, back, lats, like if you do it a lot I swear your torso will change. Keep up the good work!
