Nothing is comparable to the effects of hemp.
You either go lower with something like Prickly Lettuce which has an effect similar to a CBD weed, or go way higher with psichedelics like salvia or DMT, but I don't know if that's what you're looking for
No shit?! I had no idea that plant could be used as anything other than the world's shittiest lettuce. I'll have to look in to it.
Oh and there are also some wild strains of ancient tobacco that are supposed to be somehow psichoactive, but there are not many informations about it other than some books I read a while ago

Yeah, from where I'm from we call it "poor people's opium" since the plant secretes some kind of latex that you can smoke once it solidifies
