A nice sharp cheese is an excellent pair to dark chocolate, perhaps along with dried fruit. A mild or soft cheese like brie complements a tart jam or the like marvelously. Go ahead and put a slice of cheese over your blueberry pie.

      It has the wildest consistency somewhere between cheese and fudge. Not sure how well that one would fondue since it's fudge made with cheese instead of milk. 🤔🤔🤔
