Translated quotes of what he said in a secretly filmed conversation(to be released as part of a documentary later in the evening):

"We can still shoot them [migrants] afterwards. That's not an issue at all. Or gas them, or whatever you want."

"The worse Germany is, the better it is for the AfD. Of course, that sucks, for our children too. (...) But that will probably keep us going."

Eh a lot of "don't vote" arguments come in the form of "Trump will be better for leftist organizing because things will get worse faster." It's not a good position.

Yeah they are still just describing events. They aren’t advocating to vote and campaign for Trump. Just describing their view of what would happen in a Trump vs. Biden presidency.

And tbh a Biden Presidency may very well kill off the left like Obama did with the anti-war movement.

They aren’t advocating to vote and campaign for Trump.

Only because in their heart of hearts they know how terrible of an idea another Trump term is, even though it logically follows from the "Trump would be better for the left" argument. And (without going full "not voting Biden is a vote for Trump") they're not voting for Biden and encouraging others not to vote for Biden, which ultimately is good for Trump. They're certainly going beyond just describing the situation.

And tbh a Biden Presidency may very well kill off the left like Obama did with the anti-war movement.

This isn't very materialist, unless you believe Biden is going to lead some sort of economic recovery. Even from just a tactical/organizational perspective, the ecosystem of lefty politics is infinitely more developed today than it was in 2008, and none of it is caught up in the Biden campaign in the way the left wing of the Democratic party supported Obama (who ran to the left of Hillary and promised major healthcare reform).
