I fucking love comics. Has anyone read any good ones recently? Any interest in a comicbooks community?

Haven't in some time, as my local comics store went under at the beginning of the year. They and COVID are enough to push me to only grab trades from here on out. I've been meaning to finish Invincible for some time.

Honestly though, I've been reading a ton of Shonen Jump on their mobile app. Super cheap, and I finally get to be caught up on One Piece.

Invincible is fantastic. I've only heard of One Piece, but I wasn't sure if it was a comic or cartoon.

Invincible was my introduction to a image comics, so it's a soft spot for me. I feel like I've been putting off finishing it out of some sense of prolonging the nostalgia.

One Piece is a manga that miiiiggghhht be ending soon, but for a series that's been running for the past 20+ years that might still be a while. I still enjoy it, but couldn't tell you if I would be a fan if it weren't part of my childhood.

I have only ever read Moebius and Druillet. Their stuff is stunning.

Yep! If you google "Moebius .cbz" or "Druillet .cbz" you will find their stuff. My favorite from Moebius is probably The World of Edena (the topics might feels a little dated, but the art is incredible).
