Pure fairy type that would be a menace in competitive battling but is literally just a pokemon equivalent of a doorstopper.
Just give that fairy fucker sticky web and a decent speed stat and you created a OU level threat that nerds will salivate over till the end of time.
I do like how wild the newer pokemon designs are though. Like I don't know what half of them are supposed to be but they look cool and are incredibly broken so it's fine by me.
Give it prankster and some status moves to make it really annoying
