Just kind of wondering about sex among gay men whether hemorrhoids are ever a problem? Is blood an issue? Is it just something you ignore? Is elective (not necessary) surgery common among gay men?

    It is an issue occasionally. You do need to abstain for some time while you heal, but there’s other activity you can engage in the meantime. Blood isn’t often an issue. Surgery isn’t too common
