We recently joined Cub scouts and me and my kid are going on a camping trip this weekend. I just got back from getting food for myself since they are making a bunch of meat based dishes and I really don't wanna survive on lettuce sandwiches. I got Clif bars and their protein bars along with some trail mix and such. Just the Clif bars/protein bars for each meal on Saturday is gonna net me 90g of protein total. Trail mix and a few handfuls of peanuts is gonna be at least 20g more. Like I'm probably getting more protein and fewer carbs then anyone else there.
