    Probably, yeah. The first prime minister of post-USSR Estonia was also a Milton Friedman fanboy in his early 30s, which was very good for the ghouls who wanted everything privatized.

      I strongly believe that much if not most eastern european anti-communism is, like, under forties being all "I was oppressed by communismb" and the oppressive evil communism is 1991-1998.
