Is that Pinochet at 8:00 when Allende is talking about how the Chilean military is on the margins of politics? If so, that's quite the portent.
yeah it's an intentional cut to Pinochet, from what I can tell (my Spanish is poor) the documentary was assembled post-coup from this interview footage
