I remember seeing a post (I think it was a comment) here that had tons of good resources on it, specifically looking for how to get hormones in a legally grey area/unofficial way. Trans friend is having issues with the shitty American medical system and I would like to help them out with how to get medication for if/when there would be a gap in coverage due to the typical bureaucratic bs everyone has to deal with when getting regularly required medication.
As a side note, I've always wondered if boomers who are on a million medications have to deal with that crap. I never hear them complain, yet everyone I know who is trans or has a condition that requires regular medication constantly has issues with not being able to get it on time due to paperwork and insurance issues.

I can personally recommend Lena for trans femme injections. trans masc stuff is harder because steroid scaremongering... reddit used to have resources for that as well but I think they deleted those subs. probably have to go to the dark web at this point.
I've also been looking into making my own supply as there's a shortage of pharmacy stuff (esp. for trans femme) and the process isn't too hard. worst part is keeping everything sanitized.
