I'm a somewhat experienced player and I "picked up" Rime of the Frostmaiden in a very legal manner and am going to run the adventure for my group. I've done an aborted Eberron campaign in the past but I stopped because I ran out of schedulable time to play.

I hope it went well comrade!

I'm running an eberron campaign rn that almost got aborted because I have been big sick. I had to cancel the last 2 sessions because I couldn't really breathe enough to DM but I'm hoping to get back into the swing of things on Saturday. What was your eberron campaign going to be about, was it based on a module or more homebrew oriented?

How are you liking the frostmaiden module? I've seen some cool content from it but I didn't want to look through the book just yet in case on of my roommates wanted to run it.

players said they really enjoyed it but i am incapable of believing them lol

There's only the one 5e eberron module so far, so i was homebrewing a campaign where the players were escaping from a prison train in the first session

Hell yeah, session 1 train gang! I had mine realising they were caught in the middle of two entirely separate train heists/robberies that happened at the same time and figuring out how to react to the different factions involved.

I think if your players said it was fun then your players definitely enjoyed it :) I do understand that feeling of not being able to believe them though; I felt that for most of my first campaign for sure.
