That's what saying nothing at all is for, abstain. There is no need to be vocal. Nobody asked any of them to be vocal, they did so of their own accord. Nobody is holding anything against the 100+ other countries that said nothing at all.

Uzbekistan are also defending China. Uzbek and Uyghur are almost mutually intelligible languages, and they're very similar culturally.
