Aurora 4x is the most fun accounting software i have ever played
Grand is pushing it, but Star Wars: Empire at War is indeed a strategy game
its not really grand strategy per se but 911 operator is pretty good imo
Civilization. If you like Total War get Medieval 2 and download some mods (assuming you haven't already). Bannerlord is fun but not really strategy-heavy. X-com (enemy unknown, haven't played the new one) is kind of like a grand strategy game. You might enjoy old school RTS games too.
There's Master of Orion if you're into sci-fi and if you want something that's sci-fi and stupidly in depth there's Distant Worlds: Universe
