I guess it shouldn't anymore, but it blows my mind how much higher people place ideology above personal material experience.

Also, how low does one's self-esteem have to be before you're willing to cause huge amounts of suffering, including putting yourself in mortal danger, to irritate and maybe get some negative attention from some vegans?
