Yeah, def just have to use it within a couple days of buying! My partner and I like to rub them with olive oil and whatever seasonings and pop them in an oven at like 400-450 (depends on your oven/how cooked you like them) for 15-20 min. It's pretty simple and goes great with basically any kind of pasta dish!
