Another tidbit on German discourse: A leader(Kühnert) of the youth organisation(their not as bad as the party itself) of the SPD gets basically lynched in the media over weeks because he explained on a talkshow how the German constitution reserves the state the right, if it sees necessary, to nationalize industry.
How dare he suggest such a cardinal sin!
Sidenote: Our constitution also says "Eigentum verpflichtet" which roughly translates to "property comes with obligation and responsibility". Of course you will understand that this passage is only treated like decor.
They always did a weekly critical media analysis of what happened the week before. Unfortunately they had some personal differences, they like ended after 444 episodes, like a few weeks ago.

And honestly, we are really lacking mainstream left wing media.

But just take a look at Tilo Jungs YouTube he actually does excellent interviews and stuff. If you have some hours to spend watch this episode where he had a 3 hour walk and talk, so to speak, with a represantative of the organisation Breaking The Silence in the city of Hebron. It is really really fucking good.
His other interviews might not be on that level(depends on the guest), but he is IMO the best left German media has with somewhat of a reach.
