minus-squarebcels [comrade/them]hexbear2·4 years agoNot quite, but close! It's tuned like a lute, but transposed down a fourth. From lowest to highest, the notes are A-D-G-C-E-A-D. Only some bass viols have the low A string, most just have 6 starting from D. link
