You can probably find for $10-$30 what the medical supplies company in the US will charge $100 for (just the pouch itself I mean; consensus is to not go cheap on stuff like tourniquets). After browsing though a lot of stuff like this on there, I think the US companies are literally selling the same product most of the time, just with their logo added to it.
Just be aware that covid has really fucked with container ships, so expect to wait up to around 70 days for your stuff to get here.
