Their president, said that the prime minister was misunderstood, and that he only meant that Poland just wouldn't share the newer shinier weapons - which is not actually a new position for Poland. Even before that their foreign ministry was caught off guard because nothing had been discussed at the government level. So this was just an outburst from Morawiecki that needs to be understood in the context of the Polish elections and the PiS trying to appease ultra nationalist farmers without doing anything meaningful.
