I’m assuming you mean control over the government within our current system:

Abolish single family zoning, abolish mandatory parking minimums, take the majority of highway money and redirect to public transport, private vehicle tax to subsidize public infrastructure.

ABOLISH URBAN PARKING AND MAKE TRANSPORT ACCESSIBLE FOR THOSE WITH DISABILITIES!
