The Pixel Camera app only works on Pixel devices running Android 14 and above. The Google Camera app exclusive to Pixel devices has been renamed to Pixel...

It makes sense. The other Google apps can generally be installed on other phones, but this has always been Nexus/Pixel exclusive (when installed from the play store).
