    Can someone explain this to me? Why do people make those "first name + a whole bunch of numbers" accounts? You'd think it's trivial to generate plausible account names. Hell, reddit does it for you.

      When you sign up on twitter, if you choose something like "Steven" as your tag, twitter automatically suggests "StevenXXXXXXXXXXXXX" since Steven is already taken
