I got a pair of open-back sennheisers in the $80 range (like hd520 or some shit idr) and they've been serving me for over a decade now. You'll probably need a standalone mic, and check ahead of time if you need any adapters, I couldn't use them at first because I'm dumb and had nothing that fits the thicc studio plug
can't go wrong with the AudioTechnica ath-m40x. You'll have to get a standalone mic though, they're studio headphones. they go for just under 100 bucks. if you've got an extra 50 you could splurge for the m50x which have a stronger driver and better low end. they're both good though. wearing a pair that i got four years ago, they're still going strong.
I'm a fan of Sennheisers, but tbh that's mostly for their music quality (Less base, ultra crisp mids for polyphony and baroque with none of the awful distortion most headphones have on tenor Ab). I've had the GSP350s for awhile and while they're not perfec I cant complain. For listening I have an ancient 650HD a friend gave me which is one of the best studio headphones ever made but a bit our of your range (and mine tbh).

Bluetooth headphones are nice because no cords (and they're compatible with anything with bluetooth support), although the ones I have have a stereo headphones mode and a mono headset mode so they can't be used for talking while gaming. I don't know much about audio quality but I got a pair for $50.
I'm also pretty into listening to music and I recently upgraded to a mic + headphones combo and I've been really enjoying it. I went with Koss Porta Pros with Yaxi pads (they do make a surprising difference in sound + comfort) and a samson go mic for ~$100. Also if you're PC has a USB-C port a Meizu USB-C DAC also will improve things
I like the cheap Seinnheiser headphones: they sound good and generally last a long while. I've only gotten the ones that are in the $40-$60 price range. I go for Seinnheiser because I mix music but if you aren't in any shape or form an audiophile you could probably get okay ones for less than that. If you want a mic just for video games, I'm stilling using the FMC-220 I got eight years ago for $20, although it definitely doesn't sound great - I wouldn't use it for anything serious. One of my friends used to exclusively use Walmart headsets, headphones, and mics so you definitely don't need to go for overpriced gamer trash.
