fuck landlords, i went to portland this weekend and the bourgeois really be acting like homeless people dont exist when they're on every corner.
i'm so sad at that fact.
I'm a pretty average size so when I donated I purchased a cheap large plastic tub with the latch lids and took it to large encampment area downtown and dropped it off to some people there. But you could search for local area clothing mutual aid homeless to see if any organizations pop up
I'd see if there's any clothing drives nearby, like actually going to the place and dropping the clothes off. Might work out better than those nebulous clothing drop off bins, I have no clue where those clothes end up.
dont they just recycle them back into the store to sell to thrifters? thats what i assumed, and since these stores dont even let homeless people in where im at, theres no point in donating to goodwill or any of those places imo...
Don't know, perhaps a church or some other org that works directly with the homeless?
