It wasn't until I'd nearly finished it that I realized there must be reams and reams somewhere of relentless intrusive thoughts for the skills I DIDN'T have. When a friend told me he had a hard time connecting with other characters. He didn't have Empathy popping in before every dialogue option to tell him exactly what the other person wanted to hear.
