  • I've been on dating sites for over 10 years now. The most "likes" I've ever had was 17.

Not even matching. That number is like 6 over 10 years...

I'm quite literally an absolute joke of a human though. I'm the exact person people joke about as being the worst kind of person: I'm a (guy) homebody who likes to smoke, play videogames, and garden. I'm fit but not muscular, short, balding, and not a fan of dogs or travel (way too expensive). I'm literally worse than Hitler to almost all women.

Unfortunately the only people who have ever swiped on me except for those 6 I mentioned look like honey booboos mom, have kids, and dogs.

  • As an American I don't understand what's happening here. They are clearly some kind of police force but I don't see any military hardware, there's no blood, there's no guns anywhere, and the people near the police are still not beaten up and arrested.

Those must be the most stoic brave superheros that manage to survive despite all the danger!

    :P

I appreciate you sharing it anyway as it's partially a mirror of myself honestly: apple retail (like 15 years ago) weed and all lol. Maybe I should consider seeking an adhd diagnosis as well.

Hope everything continues on this positive trend for you!

Electrons are the currency of exchange between atoms essentially, except when they make a transaction they're "bound" (not by a contract even though I want to say that to continue the metaphor lol) to one another.

The giving or receiving of an electron can cause a large release of energy so when Na is on its own it has the capacity to make a transaction that will result in some release of energy, if the transaction is already completed (as in salt) then the capacity to react is reduced greatly as the available electrons are now being "used."

In the case of Cl, as with other elements like Arsenic, they can react with molecules in your body that really needed a different atom to fit, but Cl is also able to take that space. Since it wasn't the atom that was needed for that bodily function it can cause issues (death) as it won't be working "as intended."

I'm not an expert, just an idiot factory worker, but pretty much all reactions are the interaction of electrons between atoms.

    MiNiMuM wAgE mInImUm LiFeStYlE!

Too bad it's also "average wage, minimum lifestyle..."

As a single dude I have the credit score and the "median wage," but that only puts me in "just able to afford life and have a savings, renting someone's garage."

  • My last serious relationship was with a girl who got really excited when I finished her sentence "most people don't realize (our area) is..."

    "mostly Quartz!"

I still miss her... She moved away to go to school, but it was only a few hours away so I don't think she misses me lmao

I feel like the concept of rationality goes out the window when you start talking about larger and larger groups. :/

  • It's a matter of what benefits can be obtained by the position of power, it doesn't have to specifically be private property. If there is any voting to be done to choose who obtains those positions of power then it's just a popularity contest for the most skillful at hiding their intentions, those most entertaining and narcissistic that end up winning.

I don't exactly know the solution to that problem. Maybe the Romans has a slightly good idea with a random lottery lol we all have mandatory government service if called on, but that brings its own issues like supremely moronic/ignorant people in positions of power.
