It's actually a digimon called guilmon! He was one of the main characters in the season 3 anime, and he really liked to eat bread.

Fires are a good and natural part of prairie ecosystems. If they don't burn periodically the build up of flammable materials can turn a single lightning strike into an out of control wildfire. What a more apt metaphor than they realize.
Pyometra.
I'm surprised no one has brought this up yet. It's when the uterus fills with puss until it bursts. The only treatment for pyo is an emergency spay, which becomes more and more difficult as the uterus swells. And they don't always have obvious symptoms either! A closed pyometra is when there's no vaginal discharge and you don't figure it out until the uterus bursts and your dog/cat then dies from sepsis.
Spays are an incredibly routine procedure and safe enough to do on 8 week old puppies and kittens.
Dental care being seen as a luxury really boils my blood. After I aged out of my mom's dental insurance, a filling in a molar feel out and I was left with half a tooth (it was a big filling) with sharp edges digging into my cheek. This happened at the beginning of them pandemic. The only option I could afford was a dental school, which was closed for several months because of said pandemic. It was very uncomfortable, but I didn't realize how bad it was until my dental work was finished. The improvement on my quality of life was immense, not being in pain and being able to eat normally. Just thinking about it makes me so mad that there are people out there suffering just because they can't afford it.
And my crown was still $500 at the dental school! I spent pretty much all my pandemic relief checks on dental care :(
Domestic honeybees make more honey than they need, and hives in human care are protected from predation allowing the hive to continue to surplus honey. Why on earth would a bee keeper take so much honey that the hive can't survive the winter?? Bees are some of the least exploited agricultural animals, if a hive isn't happy they can just leave.
The movie kicking off the next mlp generation came out like two months ago :I
Pigeons are generally underweight and suffering from varying amounts of malnutrition. To tell the body condition of a bird you usually have to pick it up and feel it's keel bone. If a pigeon (or any bird) looks fat it's usually just puffed up. You'd be surprised about how much of that poof is just feathers.
Also pigeons are not wild animals and they depend on humans for survival. If you want to feed pigeons (or any other birds for that matter) never feed them bread, they eat grains and seeds.
Sorry for the pigeon psa, I just love pigeons
There's definitely a subset of alt psychos in the mlp fandom. The initial fandom found it's start in 4chan after all. I'm pretty sure it's not super prevalent but I tend to curate my mlp fandom experience very tightly because of those weirdos. There was an incident a while back where a popular booru decided to ban nazi/alt right content and a bunch of people got pissy, citing it violated their free speech or whatever bs.
I just can't comprehend someone liking cutesy-wootsy ponies and being a nazi, what goes on in they're heads...
I remember a tweet of Jenny's a while back that had a picture of her car for whatever reason. The windows looked super weird and it took me a while to realize that she had put of filter over them AND the reflections on the car because people like the KF assholes would be deranged enough to use those reflections to find that location. I can't even imagine having to be that careful.
What are you trying to do while listening? It's probably just an adhd thing, but I can't just sit down and listen to a podcast, I have to be doing something with my hands. I listen to podcasts while I'm sewing, doing aquarium maintenance, and cleaning/doing chores and I feel like I retain most of what it happening.
Yeah that's a dumb take. My adhd gives me skills ill-suited for capitalism, but it doesn't cause it.
Rats are already domesticated and make great pets. They're very smart and affectionate and can even be trained to use litter boxes and come in a variety of markings, colors, and fur types (even hairless). There are even a variety called dumbo rats where their ears are set lower on they're head. If you do want to get a rat make sure you get two, they are social creatures .
The only bad part is that they don't live very long with a lifespan of 2-3 years, and females are incredibly prone to mammary tumors. Your heart hurts losing such an amazing pet in such a short amount of time. :(
I had pet rats for the longest time until I became allergic to them, every time I see cute rat things online I get the strongest urge to get rats again lol
This is just goulish.
FYI Campbells and robos are completely different species of hamsters. Robos are a lot smaller and a little less handleable. Also where are the pics??
Whenever I would play Monopoly as a kid I would volunteer to be the banker so I could steal money without the others knowing. That's pretty poinient when I think back to it lol
