Ultimately the problem is that the literature is boring.
The rhetoric is totally useless if the only people who will ever engage with it are people who are dedicated enough to slog through dry, boring writing.
...Is it difficult for you to understand why it's easier for people to play 40hr games than it is to read the often incredibly dry writing of communist and anarchist theory?

I've been playing through MGS1 lately and honestly the game kinda sucks. The tank fight especially is just hot garbage lmao. Mostly doing it to get into the series so I can understand the insanity behind Kojima's bullshit.
I'd be more inclined towards veganism if it were actually feasible for me to source vegan food ethically (moreso than the whole non-vegan food, free-range cows, local farm etc. bullshit).
Otherwise, I'm just, what, sacrificing personal pleasures just to trade implicit support of animal abuse for implicit support of human slave labor?
Not gonna lie this doesn't look awful to live in tbh. I'd take it if it were like a third of the price lol.

The only similarity between Doom and Call of Duty is that you shoot in first person. That's how genres are defined, generally, by one core mechanic.
