i started my degree this year in IT which is just a great place to be for non binary people, i figured i could weed out the people i would actually want to talk to by putting they/them in my zoom name. sure enough i get a bite, some dude starts talking to me and puts like a bunch of made up pronouns in his name. he seemed like he was like trying to be friends with me, as if we were both like making fun of non binary people which is honestly fucking hilarious. anyways, we get to our first in person class and i don't think he knew who i was, but he was sitting on our table spitting classic takes like "women don't belong in IT" and that kind of stuff. we leave class in a group and he approaches me for some reason, starts talking about his mercedes that his dad definitely didn't buy for him, and says that he went on a date with a 24 year old woman but wished he could date younger (he was 25 talking about dating 18-19 year olds) i never went to that class again, pretty sure he failed it lol

by this i mean petrol and insurance. my car cost me $1400 im not exactly driving a merc

my car is way too fucking expensive and my town is very much not walkable so i guess ill have to keep throwing money into a pit until i move out when i can finally stop throwing money into my car and start throwing it directly into a landlords pocket
