I want to call in to Streetfight and just clown on Bryan for unironically thinking Danzig is cool and his music is good. But I like Bryan and don't want to hurt his feelings.
Original misfits, though problematic by today's standards, wrote great songs and anyone who says otherwise had a vastly different punk journey than I. I remember seeing Suicide Machines play once and while one of them was fixing a broken string, the rest of the band played misfits covers and the audience knew all the words, it was a nice bonding experience
yeah they were my first show. but it was when they were playing with dez and marky ramone. they played like 150 songs a night, misfits, blackflag, and the ramones, all done at super speed. some of the best set of shows i've been to, to this day.
