Video games are reactionary, there are a million genocide simulators, war games, etc. all bout conflict, but why aren't there any games about workplace conflict. It could be a fictional history or world or whatever, doesnt have to be Union Organizer Simulator 2020.

I feel like we could be on the cusp of this though, considering command economy sims like Factorio and Soviet Republic have gotten attention.

    Didn't know i wanted this, but now i really want this. You could put a million mechanics in (legislation, union busting, scabs) and have different companies be the different campaigns a la Total War. So like level 1 could be a small mechanic shop and level 10 would be a large warehouse.

    i was thinking more along the lines of revolution simulator ala total war, but with randomly generated ideologically aligned units

    chuck in an nlp algo that scrapes twitter for appropriate things for the units to shout in battles
