Meanwhile, when the supreme leader of US America goes to visit a town, a factory or other places where ordinary working class people go, everyone he goes near has been thoroughly vetted beforehand by the secret police in order to make sure nobody will disturb the carefully choreographed event.

This line doesn't really work because they will disingenuously approach this from an angle of being saviours. The logic is because they think it's a failed system it leads to suffering amongst the populace. So then they get to come in on their high horse and excise this failed system and alleviate suffering as a result.
