I have accepted that I suffer from emotional numbness and will never be able to love or feel being loved, so there is no point in even trying to get involved with anyone. What about mental health care you say. I live in the US. Mental health care is the equivalent of paying someone 300 bucks tell you to go fuck yourself for having mental problems
Hit or miss is not statistically worth it to me. I have tried multiple times and I have found that everything in this shit hole of a country is designed to keep you working or drain you of cash, doctors are no exception. I already am forced to work 50 hours for the liberty of being alive, I have no interest in wasting any of the precious non work hours I get on a 25% chance that talking with them won't make me want to kill myself

Nah they'll just tell you to try CBD or some whatever snake oil is in vouge now
From my experience, Doctors exist to prescribe bills and shove you out of the room as fast as possible.
