They were arguing the reason right wing memes are short and to the point is because their ideas are obviously true and don't need further explanation to resonate with people, while leftist ideas are so absurd and against nature that we need a lot of words to uhhh bullshit people into thinking we're right or something.
Of course this is just right wing :cope:. Their memes are simple because their beliefs are built on surface level knowledge (or the appearance of it) and unquestioned assumptions that "feel" true; and ours aren't. That's why they're always going on about "basic economics", "basic biology" and "basic history". It's literally feels over reals.
Their memes are simple because they're backed by the status quo and hundreds of years of capitalist propaganda. Their ideas are only obviously true within a framework of delusion and exploitation.
Also why it's very hard to communicate the basic ideas of leftism to people when they expect everything to be easily digestible with the ideas they already have. It's not hard to turn someone who doesn't care about politics into a Fascist, you just get them angry about something and tell them that the solution is a strong leader and a tight community that enforces what is righteous and correct. Turning the same person into a socialist takes much more effort because you have to deconstruct their current idea of why the world works the way it does.
