It's why I always crack up when people say that fascism COULD come to the US. We have had fascism for a long time. Nazis took a lot of our policies and amped them up.
Yeah it was insanely frustrating in 2015 posting about ICE doing midnight raids and no one paying any attention to it. It's all about respectability with Americans, not so much about fascism.
