Marxists can predict the future to some extent. So what marxist would think investing in property in LA of all places is a good idea. That place is not going to be a good place to live in the future climate change is going to fuck it hard. So like why take out mortgage and invest 3 million into that. I don't think people are wrong to point out this it's not envy or jelousy it's seeing pattern repeat and not having the words to describe it becuase they haven't read theory.
