TruAnnon Reddit is like 65% actual tinfoil hat people that should really seek medical attention.

Honestly the only good thing about the podcasts are the knowledgeable guests they get. The hosts don't know what they're talking about half the time

Hold on there, cowboy. He's more or less right. They have total loons for guests sometimes too. I still like it anyway

Uhh, the guests are sometimes questionable. The RFK assassination guest started off fine, but she quickly went into really kooky territory. I don't remember exactly what it was but she was fully bought into some supernatural explanation of it. The 9/11 series went off the deep end eventually too. I guess it comes with the territory, but theres a fair bit if tinfoil. It's still overall fun, I do enjoy frying my brain with the occasional insane conspiracy.

I'm fine with the full smorgasbord of tinfoil sometimes, cause I can generally sort out what isn't crazy people shit. It can be too much though, the 9/11 stuff was a bit nuts. They should do a fourth 9/11 with :rocz-yes:

Yeah, they could've filled the series with just all the weird connections between bin Laden, the bushes and various other rich people and kept it much more sane. Imo the correlations there are a bit spurious because the social circles at that level of influence are small and incestuous, but they're fun to trace and we shouldn't let the rich and powerful forget they're associated with the worst people on earth (well, themselves).

Yeah, I feel like the Big Club That You Aren't In was front and center when it was focused on Epstein and then got more tinfoil. At the end of the day you will never ever ever ever have access to the informat needed to make informed conclusions on anything involving rich weirdos. Getting lost in a fantasy world of speculation is just as bad as ignoring everything.

Man they're surprisingly better than they were pre chapo ban. Like the influx of cth posters made that place less weird. I remember visiting q few times pre ban and it was all wither tinfoil, or the weirdest horniness for Liz predicated oh her being like a trad wife. Like yeah, my guy, a single woman in her 30s who has had relationships in the past is 100% trad.

I could see that. Conspiracies are inherently a speculative dead end, anyone that thinks they're hot on the trail is unhinged.

Ngl I love when that subreddit goes full Charlie with a corkboard over something completely banal.

They should save going full :pepe-silvia: for normal stuff like demonstrating that "straight" celebs of the same gender were actually dating, it's way healthier

It's also a good place for esoteric LARPing. Yesterday someone had their third eye pendant and their book of Mao quotations. You're not going to get quality content like that without smashing worlds together.
