Not sure where I was going with this, but I just feel in bizarro world the GOP will cynically stoke that "populist" fervor.

    I think people seriously overestimate how "populist" the GOP really is, they still do all the Reaganomics ghoul shit just with fewer trade deals and yelling the slurs out loud.

    Remember when COVID hit and gullible leftists thought Trump would pass Medicare for All or nationalize industries?

    Senators buy a bunch of bitcoin, senators legislate Universal Bitcoin Income, senators sell all their bitcoin. Pump and dump paid for by taxes.

    I sincerely don't believe that the GOP would use any of that populist fervor to do anything at all that could accidentally benefit even a single working class person.
