Yeah, it wasn't nice felt like being stoned and ill, btw if you're going to do it you need whole nutmeg not nutmeg powder but to be honest if you wanna a deliriant trip do diphenhydramine(can be found in OTC sleeping pills) it's slightly more pleasant imo. wouldn't super recommend any deliriant though it's the kind of thing you only try once or twice

Thanks for the info, comrade! I remember reading about "nutmegging" on erowid.org, but I don't trust that site all the time.
I think DPH literally causes brain damage in high doses. It left me feeling foggy for days.
probably, anyone planning on doing should research dosage etc on erowid or whatever
