I get that, I guess I always assumed there was at least a minimal amount of training that came with all the new toys. I remember when it first started to occur to me maybe these dudes are not trained up AT ALL was during Ferguson the picture of the guy with a m4 on top of a MRAP with his reflex sight on backwards. just being all tacticool sighting down it like he could see something. I realize I was a little late to the party figuring it out.
