Get involved in issues organizing rather than party organizing.
Issues organizing has so much less of this sort of bullshit because everyone arrives on the same page about a particular thing, rather than needing to do a lot of the painful work required to do something different. Also interpersonal aspects don't really matter as much with issues organizing.
Issues organizing is not going to bring about socialism, but it certainly can make people's lives easier in the meantime.
A lot of people are food insecure right now. Here's a link for how to get involved volunteering with Feeding America. If you're tired of mindless political bitching that's effectively going no where, try to take the route that I'm taking and help others improve their immediate material conditions. Volunteer with or help raise money for your local soup kitchen, food pantries, homeless shelters, and food banks if you have the time instead of completely fucking off. cracksmoke2020 is right. Parties without any social force propping them up are just filled with cranks who have politics as their hobby. Like us here. I would say anyone proudly identifying with any political tendency is suspect
